An awareness programme of anti human trafficking was jointly organised by Darjeeling police in collaboration with MARG an Ngo of Darjeeling and glen family foundation of kalimpong at girl’s high school centenary hall. MARG general secretary nirnay john chettri was present as the source person who explained to the childrens of the school what is human trafficking and measures to stop it. A presentation along with a documentary was also shown .In the programme Bal Suraksha Abhiyaan and child line chief sister subeshna thapa to explain the
children’s about child labour and the different programme for the development of child. gorbuthan thana o.c rabin thapa informed that Darjeeling police has always kept a close eye on traffickers he also requested the parents and teacher and in charge of school to keep a close eye on the children Kalimpong A.S.P songmit lepcha along with acjm rana dam along with many officials from different ngo's  were present at the program.
