The years last and the fourth Lok Adalat was held today here at Kalimpong court where around 200 cases where presented from the various backgrounds. The Lok Adalat today was organized by the Sub Division Legal Services (SDLS).

The Adalat consisted of two benches. The Additional District judge, Darjeeling SR Roy, Advocate Prem Pradhan and a social worker also the president of the Citizens Rights Forum NP Dixit formed the first bench. The second bench constituted SDLSC president, Additional District judge Kalimpong A Bhowmick, Advocate TN Bhutia and Father Agusti Pullekar .

The SDLSC general secretary Binay Gazmer informed that it is the fourth and the last Lok Adalat. In the first Lok Adalat 45 cases, in the second 25, third with 49 cases were registered. Today recorded around 200 cases he informed.
