The master mind of the estimated crore rupees cyber scam prakash subba has surrendered before the kalimpong police station .the culprit surrendered yesterday ninght and was produced in kalimpong court today where he has been sent to 7 days of police remand.  About 5000 investors  of Web Info solution a sms sending finance agency who were in  dilemma from last year January Prakash Subba, Director of the agency fled from their Kalimpong head Office located at B.L.Dixit Road . The case looked upon by kalimpong police was later handed over to Siliguri CID whi were investigating the case.Today CID officials were present during the production .the company named as Web Info Solution have Subscribed members who had invested an amount ranging from Rupees 8 thousand to 25 lakh and the number of members investing Rupees 1.5 lakh uncountable . The agency who had been operating the sms sending business from an internet sms sending site 160 by 2 sms . Prakash Subba, the Director who hails from Lolay surrender may open a new chapter in the multi crore cyber scam .the other four accused in the case who are named in a fir are Buddha Rai, the chairman of the company, its manager, Hemant Adhikary, and two other officials Bijay
