Case has been registered under section 143/341, 353, 427, 511, 506 against the GTA sabhasads Samuel Gurung, Kazim Tshering and Kalpana Tamang along with Yuva Morcha spokesperson Binay Tamang, Pratap Ghising, Amar Dhoj Mangar and Palden Tamang, for black flagging the North Bengal Development Minister, Gautam Deb at 8th Mile, Kalimpong on Tuesday. All these Morcha members were arrested yesterday and have been set free on parole. They were also summoned in the Court today. Along with them case has also been filed against GT sabhasad Ramesh Lama and 20 of his supporters.
