The foundation stone for 3.99 kms long road connecting the Upper Dantey Gaon with Lower Dantey was laid by the area Sabhasad, Nima Tamang today. The said area comes under the Homes Bhalukhop constituency. The estimated cost for the road is Rs 3 crores 4 lakhs. The constriction work will be carried out by the Special Division Engineering Department under the RIDF Fund. The Assistant Engineer, Gopal Prasad Sharma said that it will take around a year for the road to get completed. The locals of the area expressed happiness that their village will now get connected to the town.
