Everyday 1 raft and 2 kayaks set out on the River Teesta in search of the 9 missing persons of the Triveni road mishap, only to return empty handed. The rafters said that due to the closed gates of the power project on the river, the water level has not raised and is stagnant, which is further hampering the search operation. Unlike before, there are difficulties in searching the missing persons, said the rafters.
