Kalimpong police today arrested Subash Gupta who is the vice president of Chamber of commerce and cushier of Jan Mukti Minority forum .the reason behind the arrested put up by the police is that on 11th August this month a rally for separate state took place at kalimpong iin which hundreds of children took part .No permission was taken out for the said rally after which police filed a case against five women leader of gjm kalimong with others too .Gupta was arrested as he participated in the said rally .Gupta was picked last night by police for inquiry and after inquiry over night he has been arrested today and was forwarded to kalimpong court .section 143/186/336/506 IPC is imposed on him .All section being bailable the court granted him bail on security of Rs.500 .On August 30, Gupta will again have to appeared in the court .This is first time in this agitation that a leader from minority forum has been arrested .
