GJM 42 number samasti vice president Tikaram alias Milan Pokrel who was arrested yesterday by Kalimpong Police was today produced in Kalimpong ACJM court today. A warrant was pending in the name of Tikaram in a political case of 2009 where a house of former GNLF Councillor Tshering Sherpa was burnt and vandalized.He has been charged with under section 147/148/148/427/436 IPC and Sec 3 of SC/ST Act.Many section being non bailable the court has sent him to  14 days of judicial remand.
