Uden Lepcha 42 a GJMM party cadre has been arrested today from Tista .Kalimpong Police  today produced him in Kalimpong ACJM court today. A warrant was pending in the name of Uden in a political case of 2009 where a house of former GNLF Councillor Tshering Sherpa was burnt and vandalized.He has been charged with under section 147/148/148/427/436 IPC and Sec 3 of SC/ST Act.Many section being non bailable the court has sent him to  14 days of judicial remand.This is the second arrested in this case as Tikaram Pokrel was too arrested in the case on the 6th of this month.
