Minor held for sexual assault

Kalimpong police has arrested A 16 year old boy from Sangsey area in charges of sexually assaulting a 13 years old Girl.According to the complain done by the girls family the girl went out of her house on 18th saying that she will be visiting her friend house nearby but she did not returned on that day after which the family waited the whole day next day . The family then started to dialing the girls friend phone number after which when the family member dialed the boy phone number then they found that the girls was in his place the whole night and whole day.police sources told that the boy parents went to Darjeeling and he was alone in his home .They also added that both have been indulged in physical relationship may time during these period.After the Girl family filed a complain the boy was arrested and will be send to Darjeeling juvenile tomorrow.He has been charged with under section 376 and 4 of protection of children from sexual assault act.Tags: LOCAL
