Nursing Home Manager held after slapping a Nurse
Mukesh Sharma Kalimpong,23SeptKalimpong police has arrested Jai Prakash Majhi (35 ) a manager in a private nursing home situated at 101/2 mile on charges of slapping a nurse who was in duty yesterday night. Majhi who originally hails from Siwan District of Bihar has been produced to kalimpong court today. According to information received from police sources the incident happened around 11.30 a.m yesterday when he slapped a nurse over some issue .The Nurse who is working in the same from the past 5 years lodged a complaint in kalimpong police station .she has also alleged the men of mentally torturing her .After receiving the complaint against the accused the police last night arrested Majhi and today forwarded him to Kalimpong court .The accused has been booked under section 323 / 354/511 of Indian Penal Code. Due to several non-bailable Section the accused bail petition has been rejected by the court and remanded him to 14 days of judicial custody.
