1 driver of a vehicle was dead when his maruti vehicle no. WB72B 1223 met with an accident at 12 mile area today at 9.30 am. The vehicle was going toward 13th mile when the driver on seeing a vehicle which was coming from the opposite side trying to gave him the road slipped down about 30 fts from the raid severely injuring the driver Man bd chettri(39) and his brother Purna Bd Chettri(42) sustaining minor injury.Both were rushed to kalimpong hospital where the driver succumbed to injury on the way.
