Kalimpong Municipality today officially got its new Chairman and Vice Chairman after the board meeting of the Councillor was held this afternoon. The meeting just a formality after Ganga Maya Gurung and Zion Lepcha name was declared by GTA chief Bimal Gurung on Tuesday at Darjeeling.After the name was finalized both newly elected chairman and vice chairman took the oath before the SDO kalimpong K.Radhika Aiyar . After the ceremony talking to reporter Gurung said that her priority is to solve the dumping problem first and to rebuild the British old age sewerage line of the town.
