Injured TMC Kalimpong youth president Pranay Thulung

Kalimpong town become tensed today after a attack  took place today upon TMC cadre . The Incident took place at MES canteen just a few kilometer from the town when TMC Kalimpong unit president Pranay Thulung with his party supporter were drinking tea at the canteen a group of youth attacked them with sharp and blunt weapon including khukiris rods and knife according to complained filed by TMC party today. The incident happened this noon , Soon after the incident happened A total of 9 injured party cadre were rushed to Kalimpong hospital which include Pranay Thulung , Yakin Lamichamey ,Sonam Bhutia , Pravakar Thakuri ,Sunder Basnet , Abhiraj Ghataraj , Duku Sonam , Sukden Lepcha and Piyush Siew.Later 7 were refereed to Siliguri NBMC where the condition of Duku Sonam and Sunder Basnet is said to be critical.After the incident the TMC party filed a FIR against 16 of Morcha cadre. Meanwhile tension grip the town when some youth tried to close the market in one hand and the Driver union did not allowed the same. Seeing the tension CRFP personal and police forces was deployed at the town. A Maruti van has also been damaged during the incident
Chewang Bhutia TMC youth President addressing a Press conference straightly blamed GJMM youth wing for the attack. He said that the incident is unfortunate in democracy . He said that the GJM youth collected Gunda Tax from MES contractor who was today willing to join TMC but incident happened  . Later in the evening the Driver union came up with a complained against Chewang Bhutia for thrasing a driver kharga sharma of Main road. 

GJM party youth wing has denied its participation in the incident . Wing Press and Publicity member Bal krishna Thapa today said that whenever a incident happen easily GJMM is blamed but this is not the fact.

In between this incident house of Suman Gurung a Morcha Cadre was attacked by some youth.
