The Chalak Mahasangh which has earlier plan a Chakka Jam has postponed the program in demand of arrest of Culprit who was said to be Slapped by TMC kalimpong leader Chewang Bhutia on wednesday evening when tension grip the town on market closure. Tshering Dorjee Bhutia President of Driver Association said that the incident was unfortunate but keeping in mind the board examination we have postponed the program. He demanded that the culprit has too be treated under the Rule.
