BSA Election Team conducted an election of children club at St.Joseph’s Convent School, Paren (Jaldhaka). On 26th Feb.2014 children filed the their nomination for President, vice president, Secretary, treasurer and three executive Members . 12 children filed their nomination for different designations. Then a week they mobilize children voters for vote.Today has come 79 polls wasadmitted in Election from 85 children voters. it took two hours for polls admitting .BSA and Maria Children Club lead the election process.After the election “voting observers” count the total admitted polls before all nominated candidates of this children club. Then election controller prepared entire report of election.

After election an oath ceremony held at convent school ground where 7 elected members and all club members had taken oath .The oath ceremony leaded by Sr. Francois , Sr. Jyoti, Sr. Ester and Tej Kumar Thapa. SauravSarki was elected the President while PrasansaKattel as Vice President,Carmella Lepcha as Secretary, Sanjeev Rai as Treasurer, Pinky lamu Bhutia, Samjhana Rai and Saurav Rai were chosen as Executive Members.
All the children voters and leaders were excited and happy as for the first time they participated in voting Process. The got this opportunity to select their representative who will understand them and raise children voice with concerns department. In this entire programme BSA team , Teachers of St. Joseph convent were present.
