The Sevoke police today arrested Four peddlers with huge amount of contraband substances from an Alto bearing no SK01-PA3782 at National Highway 31A at Sevoke under Kurseong Sub division which was heading towards Sikkim from Siliguri.

The Sevoke Thana OC Sujit Lama informed that the police acting on the reliable source they conducted a search during this afternoon where they recovered 500 bottles of Eskuf cough syrup, 48 files of Spasmo Proxyvon and 10 Files of N-Ten was recorvered the vehicle.

Bijay Shah Prasad(31) , Raju Chettri(23), Aatish Biswakarma(19) and Prakash Bhandari(28) of Rangpo Sikkim has been arrested by the police. All the arrested hails from Sikkim Rompu

All were booked under section18(c) and 27(B) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940 and were taken to Kurseong Court .
