Kalimpong Police has started a Drive against Drugs Peddlers . A total of 5 people has been arrested from different part of Kalimpong with contraband substances. Out of 5 three are from NH31A area. Kamal Biswakarma and Raju Chettri of Rompu forest Busty has been arrested with 68 bottles of Escuf Syrup and more then 200 pc of Spasmo Proxyvon Tablet. Kiran Chettri of Malli Bazar was arrested with 12 file of SP and 2 files of Nten. Arpan Rai of Middle Gumba Hatta was arrested with 18 files of SP while Navin Rai from novelty was arrested with 48 pc of SP tablet. All accused has been booked under section 18 ( c ) and 27 ( b ) of West Bengal Drugs and Cosmetic Act today and was produced before kalimpong court.
