Bharat Millat E Islamiya Society President Mukhtar Khan today submitted a memorandum ko GTA Chief Bimal Gurung. The Dours based Society today approached Gurung to place the memo to state and centre government level. Khan said Muslim community of Terai and Duars have been exploited . We are fighting for our development and today we have approached GTA chief and ask him to forward our demand in right forum which has never been done by our leader based in Duars.

Gurung speaking to media promised to take up the matter with state and central leader. He said muslim gorkha adhivasi living in duars region has been treated as vote machine by the leaders now is the time to wake them up and fight for thier development.
