Kalimpong May 17th 2015:

Yesterday one Pravash Biswakarma, 25 from East Main Road dhobi dhara  have been arrested on  charges of sexual assault on a 16 yr old minor. The complainant, the victim girl yesterday reached Kalimpong police station and lodged herself complain against biswakarma , a driver by profession.

The victim have put charges on biswakarma of raping her three time within three weeks time.

Taking note of the FIR police yesterday night arrested Biswakarma  .

He was presented in the court today and is booked under the section 4 and 8 of POCSO  (Protection of Children From Sexual Offense)  Act 2012.
