All India Gorkha League general secretary Pratap Khati, who from the very beginning making a no holds barred attack on Gorkha Janmukti Morcha chief Bimal Gurung for his alleged involvement towards the Madan Tamang murder case alleging his role today welcomed the CBI decision of Charge Sheeting Gurung and other top leadership of GJM Party.

Addressing a press conference today after the CBI in its final charge sheet in the Madan Tamang murder case has named Gorkha Janmukti Morcha chief Bimal Gurung and almost the entire top member of hill party, charging the leaders with murder, criminal conspiracy and rioting Pratap Khati, the general secretary of the ABGL demanded the immediate arrest of the Morcha leaders.

He said The charge sheet has shown that none is above the law.

He said " They are very influential, we demand that trial should be held in custody."

Demanding security for the witness of Madan tamang case khati told that we now expect that justice will be sought soon.

Meanwhile Hill TMC leader Chewang Bhutia who was a part of ABGL during the incident too welcomed the step of CBI and too demanded arrest of the name filed in Charge sheet. They should resign as they all are accused in murder case. He demanded . If they come out clean we will be the first to welcome them with garland but as of now they should all resign added Bhutia.
