A collision of two Eicher vehicle have resulted in two death today.  According to information from Police sources the incident occurred around 1-2 am today at 4 mile. A Eicher vehicle WB 73/B 1308(read offending vehicle) with cement load struck another Eicher vehicle WB 73/C 7370(victim Vehicle)  which was in parked condition. The offending eicher vehicle collided with victim vehicle inside which a helper was sleeping. The Speed of the collision was so impact full that the load backed side offending vehicle pushed the Rice load victim vehicle to some distance and stopped due to parapet beside the road. The Driver of Offending Vehicle Saran Chhetri of 4th Mile Tashiding Kalimpong 1 died on the spot where as the helper Bishal Chhetri(22) of 4th mile who was severely injured was rushed to Kalimpong hospital but latter refereed to Siliguri where on the way around reaching Tista he succumbed to his injury. Post mortem on both the bodies was conducted today at Kalimpong Hospital and later handed over to the Kins of dead.A case of unnatural death have been started by Kalimpong Police.
