Suresh Biswakarma (26) who was
arrested on 29th April in connection with a rape of 4 year child at
Romphu was today produced before Kalimpong ACJM court after his one day
of police remand was finished this afterrnoon. Biswakarma who
was admitted in the hospital after public thrashed him after the
incident was discharge yesterday from the hospital after which he was
taken
for first production at the court. He was been booked under section
376(2),(1) of IPC and Sec 4 of POCSO Act 2012.After he was produced
today by Police the court sent him to 14 days of Judicial Remand.
