Consumers upset with inadequate information by gas dealers

Hordes of crowds is
witnessed gathered outside the gas dealers shop in Kalimpong after the order of
the scrutiny of the consumers gas pass books by the Indian oil and different
gas companies.
The consumers have been
facing problems due to the inadequate information by the dealers as they now
have to line up in queue from morning till the evening in order to fill up the
KYC form and to submit the documents.
The CPRM leader Tara
Sundas understanding the grievances of the people and the recent weather
conditions has demanded the concerned authorities to shut down the process for
the time being. Also opposing the asking of the ration cards of the whole
family members, Sundas said that ration card of those are to be asked who applies
for it. He also slammed the government decision of managing only one cylinder
for two months that too in the festive occasions. On the other hand the gas dealers
should not adopt their own policy over the rules of the agency said Sundas.
