Free checkup cum awareness programme on diabetes held

The KINS Advanced Diabetes Care Clinic organized a free checkup cum awareness programme on diabetes today at the Girls High School. Dr. Hiranay Pal from the clinic edified the gathering about diabetes. Around 70 patients did their checkups.
The said clinic has been set up 3months back at Siliguri and has been delivering services to the people of North Bengal, Dooars, Sikkim, Nepal and Bhutan. The owner of the clinic, Sumit Sinhal informed that along with diabetes checkup and treatment, the clinic also caters full body and health checkup to the patients. Further he said that they have been and will be organizing such free clinics at various places to check and help people understand about diabetes. Similar camp will be held at Gorubathan next week
