Advocate Prasad in his turn said that during the past 20 years the condition of the artists has been degrading. But lately, there has been a change in which the artists are again rising back. Speaking about art, he said that art expresses beauty and the artists through their creations portray the condition of the society, its positive and negative sides. Likewise, CK Sreshtha also congratulated the artists for the new gallery.
