A 55-year-old man bitten by the sanke at Rambi along the NH31A has been reported dead. Deceased Ram Kumar Biswakarma on Wednesday night had caught the snake, which bit in his hand. Despite of the cautions and suggestions from the locals he did not let off go the snake, which resulted another bit in his mouth. The locals rushed him to the hospital. He seemed fine until half an hour but he scumbed to death after two hours. The dead body after the post-mortem has been handed to his family members.
