Block Level Fish Farming Training Camp being held

In order to encourage the people toward fish farming, the Fisheries Department from today has initiated a 5 days long Block Level Fish Farming Training Camp. The camp also aims to increase the revenue generation along with motivating the people. The training will impart the necessary knowledge of fish farming. The main points to be noted during fish farming are land/soil testing, temperature, geography, etc. The farmers who have received departmental benefits are partaking in the training programme. From Kalimpong area there are 20 trainees.
