Various programmmes were organized at different areas of Kalimpong by the District Health & Family Welfare Committee, Darjeeling on January 31, 2013 marking the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and observance of Leprosy Awareness Week. Under the same, they also distributed pamphlets related to leprosy at Riyali under the Rambi Block Primary Health Centre.
Likewise, on February 05 and 07 similar programmes will be held at Dhobidara and Gorubathan, respectively.
