Bhim Tamang (47)
of Kaffer a GJM cadre has been arrested by kalimpong police in
connection with a warrant issued by the court in two cases of
2009.Tamang a hardcore party cadre was arrested from trikone park area
when he was coming back from a court after appearing in a date .Tamang
has been charged with burning a house of ex GNLF leader Tshering Sherpa
and damaged to government property in kaffer .He has been booked under
143/436/506 of the Indian Penal Code in one of the cases and under section 147/148/149/427/436
IPC and Sec of SC / ST Act.Today he was produced in kalimpong court
where he has been sent to days of judicial remand. Tags: LOCAL
