Bijay Dalmiya , a business men from siliguri who was arrested by police on 9th Oct from Bagdogra in connection with a case of Gorubathan where about 120 Bags of Rice was found from Kavita Gurung,GJMM party leader was today produced in kalimpong court after finishing 5 days of Police remand. Today the lawyer of Dalmiya forwarded the bail plea which was rejected by the court and sent him to 14 days of judicial custody.Police has said that he was the one who supplied the rice to GJM leaders during the agitation.
