Fresh charges slammed on GTA chief and Sabhasad

The State government seems in no mood to let free
the Jailed GTA Councillor and GTA chief Benay Tamang as the process of tagging
new political case in on . GTA chief Benay Tamang , Kalimpong Two GTA
councillor Prof. Kalyan Dewan and Nima Tamang along with Kavita Gurung GJNM
central committee member from Gorubathan who all are in Judicial custody in
different jail in jalpaiguri and siliguri has been tag in a case of Gorbuthan
where on 24th May House of TMC leader K.N.Subba was torched .Today except Nima
Tamang all other three were bought to kalimpong court for 1st production in
this case .It is the same case where GTA councillor from Gorbuthan Chandra
Yonzone was arrested but later was released on bail.All have been booked
under section 143/427/436/447/120b/34 IPC .Today the bail plea has been
rejected by kalimpong court and have sent all of them to 14 days of Judicial Remand.Tags: LOCAL
