Kalimpong police have arrested the main culprit who was engaged in stealing gold ornaments and cash from houses .The arrested culprit Govind alias vishal chettri(18) hails from Tadong Sikkim and was arrested yesterday night form Romphu told a police source today.Along with vishal two other were arrested today taking the total to 6.The Network has been busted told the source.The first arrest was made on the 16th when one Sita Chettri was arrested by police after which a goldsmith Arjun Singh and Sandeep Subba was arrested on the same day. Vishal work for Sita and his husband Ram chettri who was arrested today. Both ordered vishal to steal the gold and cash after which he did the same told the sources.He has confess his involvement in many cases told a police officer.After stealing he gave the ornament to sita and sanju basur who was picked by police today .Both lady is said to have sold the ornament to a reputed goldsmith of kalimpong .Some amount was given to Vishal after which he went to Sikkim and after receiving a call from Sita he came to kalimpong and do his work.  The network was busted on Sunday when
Kalimpong police recovered about 3 lakhs of gold ornament which was stole last week from two different area.The police busted the network  when they raided the house of a women named Sita Chettri situated at Tirpai on .All the arrested three were today sent to kalimpong court where their bail plea has been rejected and two have been sent to 14 days of police remand and Vishal has been sent to 5 days of police remand
