Morcha cadre surrender in Chewang case

Kalimpong,5th DecPhurva Sherpa of Dr. Graham Homes area today surrendered Before Kalimpong court in connection with the attack on TMC leader Chewang Bhutia earlier this March.After Surrendering Sherpa was produced before ACJM court where he has been booked under Section 147, 148 , 149, 447 , 325 , 326 , 307 of the Indian Penal Code . The court has remanded him to 14 days of judicial custody.
