Kalimpong Gets a new Lpg gas dealer

Kalimpong sub division gets the second dealership of the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak scheme in just a span of two weeks.
Kalimpong has till second  week of Jan this year had only 3 Gas dealers that too in only block one and block two region but the Gorbuthan block was totally depended on the Distributors of Chalsa from Duars.
On 17 of this month Gorbuthan gots its first ever dealer and today Sindebong khasmal area gets its first dealer.
The Godown and the dealership shop was today inaugurated by Kalpana Tamang the GTA member of Algarah.
Amit Tamang who has got the Dealership hope that the scarcity which was faced by the people of the area will come down .
He said that he filled the Advertisement form just 1 year 11 months and 1 day ago . He expressed sadness that the Advertisement for Dealership was published in a Leading Bengali daily .

Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitaran Yojana (RGGLVY)” was launched on October 16, 2009. The Scheme aims at setting up small size LPG distribution agencies in order to increase rural penetration and to cover remote as well as low potential areas (locations having potential of 600 cylinders (refill sales) per month).
