A free health check-up camp for the diabetic patients was held at the Algarah Community hall today. It was being organized by the Byapari Welfare Association  in association with Doctors of kins Diabetic Care Clinic, Siliguri who checked around 100 patients present. Blood Sugar test, proper diet for the patients, diet counseling was conducted during the same. The representatives of the Sangathan was present in the camp.The said clinic has been set up just two year ago at Siliguri and has been delivering services to the people of North Bengal, Duars, Sikkim, Nepal and Bhutan. The owner of the clinic, Sumit Sinhal informed that along with diabetes checkup and treatment, the clinic also caters full body and health checkup to the patients.
