Independent DDUDF candidate and noted academic Dr.Mahendra P Lama in a interaction program have challenge BJP saying that if the BJP puts Gorkhaland issue on their National Manifesto and if BJP P.M candidate Narendra Modi gives a written letter that within 6 months of the formation of government they pass the Gorkhaland issue then he is ready to support BJP . He today alleged that he in last few days he has got phone calls from high post BJP leader who have offers him the post of Governor or a High post if he withdraw his candidature.Yesterday too same speech was given in Sukna.
