The family members of the Lt CK Pradhan, one of the die-hard leaders for Gorkhaland has left hope of justice in the case .Pradhan Brother Col.D.K Pradhan talking to reporters today said that the family has lost hope of justice due to the delay Legal process. He said that may brother was murdered on 3rd Oct 2002 in daylight. The High profile case was case was transferred to CBI who submitted the Charge sheet  Talking to reporters today Pradhan said that he and his family had lose hope . He said the case was transferred to Jalpaiguri Session Court after 9 years of the incident. We then have a glory of hope but now the hope is dying due to the delaying process. He said that a total of 41 witness is there who has not yet been quizzed by court. As the people who have now started to remember CK we too are losing the hope he added. Meanwhile he said that political murder is backed by politicians .It may be in the case as it might be the reason of delay he Said demanding he said now the case should be transfered to Kalimpong as the witnesses too is unable to go to Jalpaiguri for hearing.
