The Sasonion Alumni Association of Kalimpong (SAAK) ex student of St Augustine School  is all set to host a musical event for fund raising which will be later used for social service. The program named Parikrama Live@mela ground is schedule on 1st May.

The world famous band Parikrama has Sonam Sherpa – lead guitars who is a ex student of St Augustine School .

The world famous Singer composer Adrian Pradhan too will feature in the program who too happens to be ex student of S.A.S.

Anupam Lama , president of SAAK said that the program is for awareness against human trafficking. He said Darjeeling and Sikkim has always been a soft target for Trafficker. Lack of awareness has been the root for Human Trafficking. After formation of new committee of Alumni  last year we have focus our attention on Social Service.

The fund which will be raised from the program will be used for Social Service he added.

Famous Violinist from Gandhi Ashram Kalimpong along with Choir form Dr Grahams Homes and Tibetan Artist will too perform on the day informed Lama
