Hill TMC Kalimpong unit today organised a Janjagran Rally in Kalimpong which was held under massive police security. The rally started from Thana area which circled the whole town . TMC Leader and worker were carrying pamplet against the massive corruption going in the hills. Stop Commission Khori was the main voice in the rally which later turned into a meeting at Trikone Park. The leader addressing the crowd of 500 plus worker target GJM party which is heading the GTA. Bhupendra Lepcha, District president of TMC Youth wing said' They(GJM) alleged us being Anti Gorkhaland but its they who have time and again bargained for money for Gorkhaland. We love Hills and its people and will always voice for the rights of this people' .He added that TMC is not playing the Divide and Rule policy but it has been flowing the work of development . 'Our Govt want all round development of hilly people added Lepcha. Meanwhile Chewang Bhutia addressing said Corruption is high in hills. GJM have not done a single work of develpoment but its the State government who have made two degree college at Pedong and Grobuthan. The rally was address by Shika Rai who appealed the masses not to give Commission to leaders which will help corruption to reduce.
