ASP Bholanath Pandey after stopping the rally with GTA Sabhasad

Gorkha Jan mukti Morcha today took out a rally in demand of issuing a gazette notification by Bengal govt for Kalimpong District and Gorkhaland, The rally saw massive party supporter gathering today. The rally which started from Damber chowk encircled the whole town but when the reached Thana Dara to go towards SDO office the rally was stopped by Police for a while which created a tense atmosphere for some time . Seeing the situation where the District demand Committee dharna place the police administration did not allow them to pass from Trikone park area but instead the rally was diverted to 9th mile way to reach SDO office by Police, Some GTA Sabhasad went to dharna place and offered khadas to DDC member, Samuel Gurung GTA member told that the district formation will boost the demand for Gorkhaland He suggested DDC which is on 13 point dharna to add a point and that of Gorkhaland making it 14 . Later they rally submitted a memorandum to SDO office.
