SMPS students educated on conservation of environmental resources

KALIMPONG, May 29:
The
students of SMPS School were educated on various topics such as the decrease of
water level at River Reli, forest conservation, water pollution etc. by the
teacher from the Environment Department during their Summer Camp organized
alongside River Reli. The students were also made aware about conservation of
environment and were advised not to cut trees instead to grow more tree
saplings. The Principal of the School, Mamta Pradhan along with the School
faculty were also present during the Summer Camp.
