The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) Spokesperson, Dr Harka Bahadur Chettri speaking on the Morcha being uninvited by the Akhil Bharatiya Gorkha League (ABGL) to the 2nd death anniversary of Madan Tamang on May 21, 2012 said that the Morcha too pays tribute to the slain leader. Those political parties who are invited are all on a chance to gain back the support of the public by putting Late Madan Tamang in the forefront, he charged.Also countering the latest statement by Biman Basu of Communist Party of Marxist (India) (CPM) saying that the report by Samal Sen in Dooars have created much disturbance in the area, Dr Chettri said that instead of the people the CPM (I)
are much tensed and disturbed, as the report will reveal the wrong doings of CPM
(I) performed during its 34 years of regime. The CPM (I) should prove how the
report has disturbed the people, he asserted.
