New Future Nepal, UK Charity Secretary inaugurates newly constructed houses

KALIMPONG, June 07:
Three
newly constructed houses two at Shankhey village and one at Pashabung village
were inaugurated by the New Future Nepal, UK Charity Secretary, Andrew Small.
The NGO Hope Family Foundation with the help of New Future Nepal, UK Charity
has constructed these three houses which were massively damaged during the 9/18
earthquake. The cost estimated in building these houses is 2 lakhs 40 thousand.
The
beneficiaries are Sheela Thakuri and Bhuwan Thakuri of Shankhey village and 94
years old Man Kumari Rai of Pashabung. The people of the said areas were also
distributed blankets and food supplies. Kiran Chettri and Manoj Rai of Hope
Family Foundation were also present today during the inauguration and the
distribution.
