Landslide forced residents to vacate their houses

The
landslide at Sanji Samelbong GPU under 42 No constituency has forced the
residents to vacate their houses and to take temporary sheds. TR Rana, a
resident said that he and his family left the house during the previous year landslide.
The area was landslide prone but it multiplied in 2010 he added. The landslide
has also affected the Rana Village, Rai Village and Logini Dara and still poses
serious threat and the damage in future can be severe.Tags: LOCAL
