PAKS demands Salman Khurshid’s resignation

After the hitches in
the funds for the disabled by the Government came under the scanner, various
organizations for the disabled have been raising their voice against it.
Following the same, a faction of the Parvatiya Apang Kalyan Sangathan (PAKS) of
Kalimpong today submitted a protest letter to the Deputy Magistrate, Pritam
Limboo in absence of the Sub Divisional Officer. They have also demanded the
resignation of Law and Justice Minister of the Centre, Salman Khurshid. One of
the members, Chotey Lal Prasad demanded legal actions against such people who
without shame misuse the rights of the disabled. He also insisted that the
Centre should provide benefits for those who are 40% disabled.Tags: LOCAL
