The Bolero pick-up which fell into the Teesta river on January 7 was recovered today, exactly after 10 days. The pickup bearing no SK04-D-1503 had a severe collision with a LPG Tanker coming from the opposite direction at the 29th mile along the National Highway 31A.
Two cranes were used today to recoil the vehicle but no sign of the driver is traced yet. The family members of the driver today alleged the owner of the Tanker of not being helpful to them in the rescue operation and in providing any aid for the casualty.
