The GJM 34 No Lava Lingsey committee was formed toady in the presence of GJM president Bimal Gurung. The newly formed committee has Topden Bhutia as the president, Birbal Sharma and Durga Rai as vice presidents, Deven Singh as secretary, Yog Lal Chettri and Mani Kumar Tamang as joint secretaries and Tez Man Chettri as treasurer. DP Pokhrel and Phunar Sherpa have been nominated as sub-divisional committee representatives.
Sub-divisional Morcha president Sarita Rai highlighted the plans and programs of the Morcha. The gathering was urged that developmental works should follow along with the agitation. He also announced that a 15 bedded hospital will be constructed along with science stream in kagay high school and a fire station each at Algarah and Gorbuthan will be constructed soon.
