The Gorkhaland Task Force (GTF) representatives have been serially meeting various national political leaders seeking support for the Gorkhaland demand. Under the same, they met with the New Delhi, Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit at her official residence. They appealed support and help from her regarding the separate state demand. Documents related to the demand were also presented to the CM and the demand was highlighted.

The GTF team comprised of Sukhman Mokta, Munish Tamang, R Moktan, Dawa Pakhrin, Govind Chettri, Shekhar Chettri, Navin Subba and Shyamsan Tamang.
