The students of My Piece Musical Organization received certificates from the Royal School of Music, London, for completion of their course. The said organization is affiliated to the Royal School of Music, London, and teachers from London come every year to conduct the final examinations. Most of the students training under the organization belong to poor families.

Those students who did well in their studies and the musical training also received books and copies. Also 19 students were awarded cash prize of Rs 2000/- each from the organization.

The students also performed a musical piece during the function. Sumit Jindal was present as the chief guest, while Alok Pariyar, Raju Pradhan and Manish Tripathi were the guests of honour.

Dawa Tamang, the President of the organization in his address said that those students who do well will be entitled for scholarships and they will also get a chance to go abroad for musical training.

The chief guest expressed happiness for being a part of the programme. He said that there is much scope in the field of music and added that he will provide every help possible from his side. He urged the students to be regular and impart the training.

The parents and guardians of the students were also present.
